Just hours ago: RT received a last minute call from long time friend and country music promoter, Linda Brown of Linda Brown & Associates, asking him to headline at the Heart O' Texas Fair in Waco, TX tomorrow (Wednesday, October 11). He accepted the offer despite the extremely short notice and will be replacing Kieth Anderson who reportedly has taken ill.
Also appearing with RT will be regional "Texas Music" favorite, Zona Jones.
Rick Trevino and other local Texas celebrities are teaming up to bring awaremess to Down Syndrome. Rick and others will be featured in The Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas 2007 "Share the Passion" 14 month calendar. This calendar will feature individuals with Down Syndrome sharing the passion with a Central Texas Celebrities.
Each picture will tell its own story about the individual with Down syndrome and the Celebrity that they share the same passion with, and will feature a Down Syndrome informational quote on each monthly page. Every photograph will make you smile every time you look at those beautiful faces!!
100% of the sales of the calendar will go towards educating the community on Down syndrome and implementing new programs for children with Down syndrome and their families.

Wild Stampede, San Antonio, TX, Friday, March 31 has just been added to RT's tour schedule. Rick will be showcasing material slated for his next album (Warner Brothers: release date TBA) in order to generate feed back from the public. The show at Wild Stampede will be the first in a series of such events.
R.T. will be in the studio for most of January laying tracks for his next album for Warner Brothers Music. Raul Malo & Paul Worley have been named as co-producers. According to his management, R.T. will only be taking a couple of days off the project to make a special appearance at Apache Gold Casino in San Carlos, AZ on January 14 (see tour dates). A release date for the new CD has not been announced at the time of this posting so be sure to stay tuned!
